On Sunday, 6 September, I walked a stretch of River Road along the Patapsco River in Catonsville, Md., between about 11:30 a.m. and noon.
A row of concrete barriers along the road was painted in red. Walking the row, I read “STOP THE GENOCIDE,” “GENOCIDE BY ISRAEL” and, over and over, “8647.”
